INTEGRITY COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY & 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The Integrity Commercial Products, LLC (“ICP”) Limited 1-Year Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part found to be defective.  It is the customer’s responsibility to buy one or two products and test them in their desired application and actual environment.  If the product performs as expected then please buy more or communicate back to us with comments about what you need and we will help you find something more suitable if available.   Returns are for defective products only.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and any defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

It is at ICP’s discretion how to cover warranty. ICP may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.  In no case is ICP responsible for damages or costs related to use of the products. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine suitability of ICP products in their situation.

The original purchaser must contact their Representative or Customer Service Contact by email (CSR@ICP-Sales.com ).  The original purchaser must obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number from an ICP Representative or Customer Service Contact prior to returning any product. ICP is not responsible for return shipping costs.  Warranty claim requests must include part number, dated receipt of sale, description of defect, and supporting images.  The original purchaser is responsible for all costs related to delivery of product(s) to ICP.  Should it be deemed that returned product is not warranted by the definitions in this agreement, the purchaser agrees to incur all costs related to return shipping and / or repair costs.  All products shipped for warranty claim must be clean and free of debris.  Any unnecessary cost for shipping to ICP for warranty claim will not be covered.

Specific Provisions and Exclusions:

This warranty is void if product received for claim is compromised by shipping, product abuse, failure to use the product for intended use, improper operation, normal wear and tear, or changes to the products appearance due to outdoor exposure not due to defects in workmanship or manufacturing.
